Job description

As an IT Administrator, your responsibilities will include managing and administering various IT systems and services such as Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and Windows/Linux operating systems. You will be responsible for tasks such as configuring and maintaining these systems, monitoring and troubleshooting services, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to end users. Additionally, you will handle tasks related to patch management, endpoint protection, and software upgrades. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of IT infrastructure within the organization. Key Skills and Experience Strong knowledge and experience with Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, and Windows/Linux operating systems. Hands-on experience with Checkpoint Cyber Security Software. Familiarity with patch management for end user systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
