Power BI Job Description: • Certified Power BI Resource. • Must have at least 6 Years of PBI experience. • Experienced working on Power BI Premium. • Experienced in working with Power Query, M language and Power Maps, and Custom Visualizations. • Must have the ability to write Advanced DAX Expressions. • Experience in Power BI Admin (administering Power BI permissions, installing Gateways, Scheduling). • Ability to work with various data sources like SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, SSAS, Azure Analysis Service, HDFS, etc., from Power BI. • Data Preparation using the inbuilt features of Power BI. • Experience in Data Modelling and custom calculations in Power BI. • Using SQL for managing large volumes of data, SQL Query Tuning for best performance, improving data processing speed by building SQL automations. • Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. Keep the source code in a central repository with proper versioning control. • Expertise in designing and suggesting UI based on user requirements. • Exposure to other reporting tools like Qlik and Cognos is good to have. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments, and projects. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. • Quick learner, self-motivated, and has the ability to work independently. • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative problem-solving style. • Preferred: Willing to relocate to NYC and work in a Hybrid mode. #J-18808-Ljbffr
