Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures. You will play a key role in modernizing our data platform and enabling advanced analytics, AI, and real-time insights across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement modern data architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Azure services. • Develop and maintain data pipelines, lakehouses, and data models to support advanced analytics and business intelligence. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Lead data integration strategies across diverse data sources (structured, semi-structured, unstructured). • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards. • Optimize performance and cost-efficiency of data processing and storage solutions. • Provide guidance to data engineers and analysts on best practices in cloud data architecture. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in data architecture or data engineering roles. • Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, OneLake, Synapse, Power BI integration). • Hands-on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, PySpark, MLflow, Unity Catalog). • Solid knowledge of Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Azure Purview). • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark. • Experience with data modeling techniques and metadata management. • Familiarity with modern data governance and data quality frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: • Certifications in Azure Data Engineering, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric. • Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates). • Background in supporting analytics, machine learning, or real-time processing. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
