We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect specializing in Sales and Service areas. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 configurations, customizations, and integrations. You will work closely with the team to design and implement solutions that enhance our sales and customer service processes. Key Responsibilities: ================= Lead and mentor system architecture and design Assess and comprehend existing architectural standards Engage with stakeholders to align standardization initiatives Provide strategic direction on leveraging MS Dynamics 365 Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and vendors Design and implement robust architectural blueprints Communicate and present complex information effectively Evaluate existing documentation and recommend improvements Identify and suggest enhancements to improve system efficiency Configure, test, and implement recommended changes Provide support and training to users Qualifications: ============ Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expertise designing and architecting applications Proven experience solutioning in enterprise applications Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems Strong technical and functional skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules Proficiency in handling integrations with internal and external systems Experience with CI/CD processes using Azure Pipelines Strong experience in Power Platform with Canvas Apps, Power Apps, Logic Apps, and Power Automate Flows Strong experience in Plug-ins and Workflows in CRM
