Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 3 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (formerly known as Visual Studio Team Services or VSTS) to automate software build, test, and deployment processes; Configure and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and security groups, to support application development and deployment; Work with software development teams on proper integration of code into source control and automate code deployments; Implement and configure monitoring and alerting systems keeping in mind the availability and performance of applications and infrastructure; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to build and deployment processes, infrastructure, and application performance; Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and PowerShell scripts; Research latest Azure DevOps tools and technologies and make recommendations on their adoption to improve efficiency and productivity; Provide technical guidance and support to development teams in adopting DevOps industry standard practices, including version control, branching strategies, and release management; Work with security teams on compliance with security policies and implement security controls; and, Document processes, procedures, and industry leading practices for Azure DevOps to enable knowledge sharing and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
