Network Security Consultant job at Bridge Technologies and Solutions. Syracuse, NY. Required Skills: 8 or more years of technical experience required, including at least 5 years in security services. 5+ years of hands-on experience in the following technologies: Palo Alto Firewall Sophos Proxy Activity Directory and Identity service configuration 2 + years of hands-on experience in the following technologies: Azure firewalls Azure WAF Cisco VPN deployment and configuration Strong analytical skills required Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to: • Read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals • Document procedures that conform to a prescribed style and format • Present information to management, public groups, and/or boards of directors. Preferred Skills: Previous consulting experience within a Professional Services organization Palo Alto CCNP Security Certification Industry certification such as CISSP, CCSE, MCITP, SANS or other Security certifications, such as GCIA, GCIH, GREM, GPEN, CEH Experience with Tailsen application server is a plus Experience enforcing TLS 1.2 protocol via AD GPOs is a plus Experience enabling 2FA in AD is a plus Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Computer Science or a related field Experience: 8-10 years related work experience
