POSITION SUMMARY Supports the Bank’s M365 infrastructure. Includes O365 applications, InTune, DLP, Defender ATP, Bit Locker, and all adopted applications and services. Works with other team members to assist with their daily duties in managing the Microsoft infrastructure. Works with vendors for support and installation of services. Works with IT Manager to direct and assist staff with their daily duties and managing IT projects. Helps set the direction for future M365 products and features. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS • Oversees administration for M365 applications and services • Performs hardware and software trouble shooting as related • Performs implementation and maintenance for M365 applications and services • Monitoring, updating, and reporting for M365 applications and services • Reviews invoices for correct services and sites • Works directly with vendors and service providers • Evaluate new offerings and adoption of M365 applications and services • Build out features and functions to maximize M365 products across the organization • Works with IT Manager to direct and assist staff with their daily duties and managing IT projects • Be able to understand banking applications, how they inter-act, and the network impact • Assist in helping other teams troubleshoot issues • Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS • Compliance training related to the position and continuing professional education to maintain professional security certifications • Minimum ten (10) years’ experience managing/supporting collaborative Information Systems • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work flexible schedules • Ability to diagnose and correct M365 software configuration problems • Ability to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for operational success • Good written and verbal communications • Good project management skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills EDUCATION • Bachelor’s Degree or appropriate work experience • Ability to demonstrate an advanced working knowledge of M365 applications and services • Certification in M365 administration and/or related applications and services TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, training, seminars, etc. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
