We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for SharePoint Integration to join our team at TWO95 International. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating data with other systems and applications and understanding the impacts. "> About the Role: The IT Business Analyst for SharePoint Integration will be responsible for collaborating with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data migration. This includes ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the migration process, providing support and maintenance of data governance processes, communicating progress and updates to stakeholders, and taking initiative and working with key stakeholders to continuously improve the knowledge management system. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data migration • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process • Provide support and maintenance of data governance processes • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders • Take initiative and work with key stakeholders to continuously improve the knowledge management system • Integrate data with other systems and applications and understand the impacts Requirements: • A strong understanding of data structures and processes • Experience working with offshore teams • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting SharePoint Online Sites • Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365 Suite • Project management, customer service, and organization skills • Familiarity with migrating SharePoint Online Sites • Familiarity with gathering business requirements from stakeholders • Experience facilitating requirements gathering, taking initiative with business teams and end users to identify needs of the project
