We are seeking multiple senior-level professionals to join this initiative.Openings include:Azure Data Warehouse Developer – design and build pipelines in Azure (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory).Microsoft Applications Developer – develop solutions in Power Apps, .NET, and automate workflows with Power Automate.Power BI Developer – design dashboards, models, and reports using Power BI, SQL, and DAX.Technical Writer – create and maintain documentation, requirements, and test plans; support stakeholder communication.Responsibilities (vary by role)Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse, reporting, and application solutions.Create dashboards, reports, and documentation to support data-driven decisions.Translate business requirements into technical solutions.Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, developers, and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with state and federal data standards.Required Skills (vary by role)5+ years of professional experience in relevant area (data engineering, BI, application development, or technical writing).Hands-on expertise with Microsoft technologies:Azure, SQL Server, Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse (for data roles).Power Apps, .NET, Power Automate (for apps dev role).Power BI, DAX, SSRS (for BI role).Technical writing, requirements documentation, SQL querying (for Tech Writer).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Azure DevOps.Strong communication and documentation skills.Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with SAS or advanced analytics.Knowledge of healthcare or public health data systems.Front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
