Job description Title: Sr Oracle Database Developer (SQL, PL/SQL) Location: Parsippany New Jersey Environment: Hybrid, 3x/week onsite Duration: 6 month contract to hire Compensation: $60-$85 REQUIREMENTS: • 7+ of experience as an Oracle Database Developer SQL and PL/SQL or related role • MINIMUM 7+ years of proven experience with SQL and PL/SQL • Oracle VPD (Virtual Private Database) or RDS or related security feature in Oracle databases • PostgreSQL • Experience with scripting (Python or Shell) • Linux OS (RedHat), Linux, or related • Experience in application deployment and automations • Experience with any DevOps tools such as Artifactory, GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins and/or Ansible • Understanding/knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Nice to have: • Liquidbase • Oracle Certification • Java and Hibernate Development experience • Working with Oracle Cloud COntrol, Golden State, and Golden State DBA Project: This is a hands-on position focused on high-performance database development—not infrastructure—where you’ll optimize queries, improve system performance post-stress, and solve complex business problems through efficient, scalable data solutions.
