Following our recent acquisition of Storm Technology, we have enhanced our Microsoft Business Solutions practice and expanded our services across the UK and Ireland. We are currently searching for a Senior Microsoft 365 Productivity and Adoption Specialist to partner with clients, creating and delivering innovative solutions featuring SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and more. What You'll Do: • Collaborate directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize M365 solutions, with an emphasis on SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, and Purview. • Lead successful M365 adoption strategies, delivering interactive workshops and training to enhance user engagement. • Facilitate M365 migrations, particularly SharePoint Online, utilizing tools like ShareGate and Microsoft Migration Manager. • Engage in pre-sales discussions, contributing to the development of solution roadmaps that align with business objectives. • Share expertise across projects, working alongside technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions. What We're Looking For: • Demonstrable experience as an M365 consultant, especially with SharePoint Online. • Proven track record in leading M365 migrations and adoption initiatives. • Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, and Purview. • Ability to deliver captivating workshops and training to diverse stakeholders. • A solution-oriented mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients maximize M365's benefits. • Must be eligible for full security clearance.
