Job Summary E-Logic is seeking a Microsoft 365 Solutions Consultant to support Laramie County Community College (LCCC) in its transition from legacy forms and workflow systems to a fully integrated Microsoft 365 environment. This role will involve evaluating current tools (such as Cognito and Smartsheet), developing scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies, and delivering a smooth and sustainable migration process. Key Responsibilities • Conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to map existing workflows and identify inefficiencies • Design and implement integrated solutions using Microsoft 365 tools including: • Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Forms • Develop a transition roadmap, technical specifications, and a data migration plan • Recommend licensing and infrastructure configurations • Provide security, compliance, and governance recommendations in collaboration with LCCC's internal committees • Deliver user training and support documentation for various user groups (faculty, staff, admin) • Offer post-deployment optimization and technical support Requirements • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tools and custom solution development • Strong background in business process analysis and workflow design • Experience in transitioning organizations from disparate systems to unified platforms • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security in academic or public sector environments • Experience working with educational institutions or public sector clients is a strong plus Deliverables Include • Transition strategy and migration roadmap • Licensing and infrastructure guidance • Migration and archiving execution plan • Training materials and user guides • Final report and sustainability recommendations Please note: This position is part of a proposal being submitted by E-Logic to LCCC. Hiring is contingent upon E-Logic being awarded the contract. The selected candidate will be included as part of our proposed project team to help meet the College's objectives efficiently and effectively.
