Skills • A minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 (AX) Finance or equivalent industry experience. • At least 2 full years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 (AX) implementations. • Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310), or a willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days. • A solid understanding of industry-specific best practices and US GAAP. • Exceptional customer relationship, communication, planning, and organizational skills. • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Fluent in English. • The ability to travel up to 40% within the US. Responsibilities • Empower Clients: Guide clients through the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including Accounts Receivable/Payable, General Ledger, Cost Management, and Credit & Collections. • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate them into effective solutions. Create functional design documents for custom extensions. • Lead & Mentor: Lead modeling and process showcase sessions, and mentor junior consultants to ensure project success. • Drive Results: Implement practical business solutions using industry best practices, focusing on improving operational metrics and performance measurement. • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong client relationships through excellent communication and a collaborative approach. Qualifications • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 or AX2012 is a plus. • Knowledge of SK Global software solutions (Cust/Vend Payment Automation) is a bonus. • Management Reporter experience is preferable. • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Associate (MB-310 + MB-300). • Understanding of IFRS standards is an asset. • CPA or CMA certification is desirable.
