This individual will be responsible to ensure seamless operations, robust security, and optimal performance across our network drives to support our growing architecture, engineering, and construction services. Responsibilities • Network Architecture and Management: • Design, implement, and manage our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, door access and wireless networks. • Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki devices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance. • VPN Implementation and Security: • Deploy and manage VPN solutions, both site-to-site and client-to-site. • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Network Gateway and establishing secure connections to Azure resources 1 . • Implement 2FA (two-factor authentication) using Azure MFA or Okta for VPN clients . • Azure Networking: • Proficiency in setting up and managing Azure Virtual Networks. • Connect multiple sites to Azure VPN (hub or spoke configuration) and ensure proper routing. • Optimize network traffic and security within the Azure environment. • Office 365 Integration: • Coordinate the integration of Office 365 services into our infrastructure. • Ensure seamless connectivity to Office 365 applications and services. • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot any Office 365-related issues. • Email Security (Mimecast): • Familiarity with Mimecast for email security, archiving, and continuity. • Implement and manage Mimecast policies to safeguard against phishing, malware, and data leaks. • Identity and Access Management: • Knowledge of Okta for single sign-on (SSO), identity lifecycle management, and access control. • Integrate Okta with our applications and services for streamlined user authentication. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field. • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Azure, and Okta preferred. • Proven experience in managing complex network environments. • Strong knowledge of Meraki, VPN technologies, Azure Networking, Office 365, Mimecast, and Okta. • Experience with industry standards such as, ISO, NIST, GDPR. Team You will work with a team of technology professionals and report to our Workplace Technology Manager. Work Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Philadelphia or West Chester, PA office.
