Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Azure IAM Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions in complex, enterprise-grade Azure environments. This role requires deep expertise in cloud security, Active Directory, and automation, with a focus on secure and scalable access control models. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement IAM solutions in Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments. • Lead the migration of identity systems, including transitioning from Oracle Access Manager to Microsoft Azure for SSO and federated authentication. • Develop and enforce secure access control models using Azure AD, IAM policies, and RBAC. • Apply expert knowledge of Active Directory and its integration with cloud platforms. • Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams to resolve complex IAM issues. • Utilize Terraform and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JSON) for automation and infrastructure as code. • Monitor and improve IAM performance, compliance, and security posture. • Participate in the development and implementation of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP). • Support CI/CD pipeline integration and serverless/API-based IAM solutions. • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and leadership. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering within Azure environments. • Proven experience with Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, and hybrid identity solutions. • Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP(s), and cloud identity integration. • Experience with Oracle Access Manager to Azure migration. • Proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and other automation tools. • CISSP certification (required). • Experience leading complex IT projects and working in enterprise environments. Preferred Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on identity and access management. • 2+ years of experience in Azure/M365 and/or AWS hybrid environments. • 5+ years of development or automation experience. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated cloud workload deployment. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SSO, and serverless/API integration. • Professional certifications in Azure, AWS, CCSP, or Security+.
