REQUIREMENT: Systems Administrator Austin, Texas (Remote)---Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must. Minimum Qualifications: • 7 years of experience with physical and logical network structures. • 7 years of experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within server administration. • 3 years of experience with Linux OS. • 3 years of experience with Windows OS. • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Teams Calling. • 3 years of experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing server performance. • 3 years of experience analyzing system logs for troubleshooting purposes. Preferred: • Retrieving data. Wait a few seconds and try to cut or copy again. Specific Skills: • Proficiency in server management tools. • Strong understanding of server operating systems (Windows/Linux). • Analytical skills to analyze system logs and performance metrics. • Problem-solving aptitude and resourcefulness. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects. • Ability to work collaboratively with IT staff and departments. • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, Exchange Server, and Office 365 administration. • Understanding of security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and encryption.
