We’re a family-first company, and that includes investing in the tech that keeps our people connected and our operations strong. ️ Position Summary: We’re seeking a talented IT System Administrator to take ownership of our information technology operations. You’ll be responsible for managing hardware, software, networking, and cloud services—all while delivering an excellent customer experience to our internal teams.  Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and configure Windows environments, including patching and updates • Manage Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, Group Policy, Meraki, and VMware • Oversee network/server backups (on-site & off-site) and domain security • Provide end-user support for desktops, devices, printers, and email • Troubleshoot issues using logs and system monitoring • Document systems, procedures, support requests, and user training • Collaborate with external IT vendors for escalated issues • Recommend and procure reliable hardware and software solutions • Deliver user training and maintain mobile device management • Travel on-site and be available for on-call support as needed ✅ Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications or 3–5 years of experience in a similar role • Experience with Windows OS, Office 365, and endpoint protection • Familiarity with macOS, iOS, Android, and networking concepts • Strong multitasking, communication, and customer service skills • Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly changing tech environments • Bonus Skills: • VMWare, Cisco Meraki, StorageCraft or Veeam • Experience with Sage Intacct, Sage 300 CRE, Procore, or ServiceTrade • VoIP system support • Hardware troubleshooting (Lenovo/HP desktops, printers)  Benefits Package: • Competitive Salary • Paid Time Off • Holiday Pay • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Short & Long Term Disability • Retirement Plans & Company Matching • Life Insurance We are an E-Verify employer and an Equal Opportunity Employer, providing competitive wages and excellent employee benefits.
