Basic Function The position is responsible for operating, managing, and maintaining activities related to the highly available enterprise information services and software applications within the infrastructure and cloud services ecosystem. Essential Job Functions • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and participate in the implementation of on-premise, hybrid, private cloud and as a service technologies and initiatives. • Work closely with infrastructure and cloud engineers, to operate, maintain and troubleshoot technology solutions. Such solutions include custom built applications, third-party solutions, and integrated solutions. • Maintains good knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems including tactical skillset of emerging infrastructure and cloud technologies and to ensure operational efficiency within the organization s services. • Managing on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines. • Collaborate with and assist fellow engineers to educate teams on the usage and documentation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required. • Deploying and debugging cloud initiatives as needed in accordance with best practices throughout the development lifecycle. • Administer public and hybrid cloud-based, optimized reference applications, that employ event driven, elastically scalable, fault tolerance and other cloud architecture patterns. • Operates, manages, and configures various cloud-based technology services such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, XaaS (infrastructure, Platform, Software, anything as a service. • Operates, manages and maintains cloud tenants in Azure, AWS, Office 365, and other related platforms. • Performs other duties as assigned
