A legal software company based in Phoenix, Arizona is currently looking for a Senior Azure Systems Administrator to add to their growing team. This individual will be joining their corporate IT team and will act as the subject matter expert for all things Microsoft including their Azure Virtual environment, the M365 suite of tools, Intune/Autopilot, and other third party applications. Additionally, this person will be focused on implementing security and compliance best practices in their Microsoft based systems. This position will be primarily work from home, but if based in the Phoenix area, may occasionally be asked to work in their central Phoenix office. Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of system administration experience in Microsoft cloud environments • Expertise in managing Microsoft 365, Entra, Exchange, and Microsoft server environments • Strong experience with automation and scripting languages such as PowerShell • Knowledge of security best practices and ideally experience with one of the common security frameworks like SOC 2, GDPR, NIST, etc. • Knowledge of common networking concepts like VLANS, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent problem solving ability Desired Skills & Experience • Microsoft certifications such as the Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure Security Engineer Associate are a big plus • Any security certifications also a big plus What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown • 100% Microsoft Cloud Technologies Daily Responsibilities • 100% Hands On The Offer • Bonus OR Commission eligible You will receive the following benefits: • Medical Insurance • Dental Benefits • Vision Benefits • Paid Time Off (PTO) • 401(k) {including match- if applicable} Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
