You’ll elicit and document business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will be crucial in ambiguous situations and in effectively handling dependencies. Your strong foundation in data analytics will be instrumental in developing innovative architecture designs and operating systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure clear and compelling exchanges with diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving the success of the company’s projects and programs.Job responsibilitiesContributes to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniquesWorks with business application owners and development teams to define business requirements, lead scope definition, drive technical implementation, End-2-End testing, and operational readinessWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product developmentDevelop and prioritize a product backlog, and lead collaborative scrum events (backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives)Collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutionsAssists in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environmentPromotes continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis fieldGuides the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practicesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirementsProven experience with Agile Delivery Methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira AlignStrong Microsoft product skillsProven understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processDemonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisionsDeveloping technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledgeExperience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relationsStrong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiencesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsWorking knowledge of Payment ProcessingKnowledge of tailoring presentations for senior management and other stakeholdersFamiliarity with Generative AI capabilitiesAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
