Hiring Now: Enterprise Architect 4 (Technical Lead) (C2C) Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)(Only Locals Preferred) We are looking for a seasoned seeking a Technical Lead for a cloud-based software development project with the initial phase currently in progress. This position will be hybrid, with a requirement to work on site a minimum of three days per week. Must-Haves: 10+ years as a Technical Lead on large-scale IT projects Expert in Azure Cloud Services, CI/CD, IaC (Bicep, Terraform, ARM) Hands-on with .NET/C#/Python/JavaScript Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, serverless, Azure DevOps Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL, secure coding, compliance (GDPR/ISO) Agile/Scrum experience, great communication, and stakeholder engagement Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AMR templates, Bicep, or Terraform Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases in Azure (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB).
