We’re hiring a hands-on Senior Analyst who can turn raw operational and sales data into strategic insights that power smarter decisions across manufacturing, sales, and supply chain. You’ll work directly with commercial and operational leaders to deliver actionable analytics on sales, customer trends, forecasting, and performance — helping fuel real-time decision making in a fast-moving, B2B production environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Design and build dashboards using Power BI to track sales KPIs, inventory trends, gross margins, customer performance, and production metrics • Query ERP, CRM, MES, and other systems using SQL; create clean, reliable data models • Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance leaders to support forecasting and strategic planning • Visualize complex data in clear, compelling ways for non-technical users • Maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure, ensuring timely and secure access • Partner with the commercial team on pricing, customer segmentation, and contract analysis • Assist in analyzing plant-level data: throughput, downtime, grade mix, tonnage, etc. Who We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of experience building Power BI dashboards in a manufacturing, B2B, or supply chain environment • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases and ETL tools • Experience supporting commercial functions (sales, pricing, demand planning) • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or a related field • Understanding of manufacturing KPIs like scrap, uptime, throughput, and logistics • Excellent communication skills — able to bridge technical data and business needs • Curious, hands-on, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: • Familiarity with the paper, packaging, or industrial supply industries • Exposure to ERP platforms like Syspro, JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle • Power Platform experience (Power Automate, Power Apps) • BI certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) Perks & Benefits: • Competitive compensation • Full medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match • PTO + paid holidays • A supportive team invested in your development • Relocation support available for the right candidate Why This Role?
