At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE As the Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) at BECU, you will be instrumental in transforming data into powerful insights that drive business decisions. You will partner with various teams across the organization to build and support Business Intelligence (BI) and Advanced Analytics solutions, ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. Conduct Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to generate insights, test hypotheses, and identify trends within curated data sets. Solve Data Challenges: Tackle analytic and computational challenges by understanding root causes, developing strategies, and implementing alternative measurements when needed. Validate Data Integrity: Develop and test validation scripts and controls to maintain high data quality and reliability within BI and analytic solutions. Support Data Modeling: Design and maintain conceptual and logical data models, supporting data management initiatives and the creation of new data offerings. Document and Train: Create technical release manuals, system configurations, and policies to optimize the use of BI solutions, providing training tailored to end-user needs. Comprehensive experience in supporting the full data life cycle, including development, modeling, and data manipulation, with intermediate knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, Python, Alteryx, and tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
