The Sales Analytics Coordinator is responsible for collecting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting various data sources to provide actionable insights and drive informed decision-making. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, IT, Finance, and Customer Service What we will ask you to do: • Clean, validate, and organize data within the AI Trade Spend system to ensure accuracy and reliability. This includes accurately coding and processing distributor invoices at the item level and addressing any errors that arise. • Evaluate distributor billback invoices versus internal pricing management tool. Highlight any variances between systems, take appropriate action to understand differences and correct. • Evaluate distributor LMF reporting versus internal management tool. Highlight any variances between systems, take appropriate action to understand differences and correct. • Create standardized reporting using the AI Trade Spend system, including but not limited to RPC analysis at various levels, to provide actionable insights to the sales team and upper management. • Validate, process and code all Commissions invoices • Various financial analytic projects using a variety of sources such as Invoice Trade Spend Cube and Pricing Tool • Special projects and other duties as assigned by manager • Navigate and extract data from ProDiver to support analysis and reporting. • Collaborate with the National Accounts team to ensure accurate coding of all accounts. • Adjust account coding as necessary to align with strategic National Accounts directives. • Review and modify item or account coding as needed. What you will need: • High School Diploma and 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
