Job Description Job Description Job Description: The lead Graphic Design and Digital Communications Specialist (“Specialist”) in the Business Development and Marketing Department reporting to the Senior Communications Manager. It is a full-time, nonexempt, hourly position in the Boston office, offering the flexibility to work remotely two (2) days a week. The Specialist provides high-level graphic and digital communication support to staff. This role would be ideal for a creative, entrepreneurial, resourceful self-starter who is interested in a challenge and who is adapt at working both independently or collaboratively with business services staff members. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Serves as the graphic design lead and ensures all materials consistently adhere to brand standards. Materials include, but are not limited to, social media graphics, event invitations, digital and printed collateral, company website, PPT presentations, advertisements, email campaigns, and digital holiday messaging. · Delivers creative and sophisticated infographic solutions to ensure our brand is communicated effectively both with words and design. Ensures workflow from concept to production is efficient and well communicated. · Facilitates the optimization of activities by analyzing website, email, and social media metrics and making recommendations to improve results. · Utilizes Concep to create communications campaigns. · Integrates animation and video into graphics strategy. · Works with photographers on shoots, both headshots and artistic shoots for use on the website and in collateral materials. Job Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS: · BA/BS degree required. Marketing/Graphic Design degree preferred. · 4-6 years of experience in supporting marketing or business development in business-to-business professional services setting. ADDITIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: · Proficiency in Microsoft Office. · Strong graphic design skills and experience using the Adobe Creative Suite. · Experience with development of infographics to highlight service features and benefits. · Experience with email marketing and CRM systems. · Experience with digital advertising and social media campaigns and metrics. · Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofing for content and context. · A high degree of organization, flexibility, and reliability to set priorities, manage multiple responsibilities, and work well under pressure. · Ability to assume responsibility for assigned tasks, and if necessary, able to delegate workload in order to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence, including good verbal skills, tact, and diplomacy as well as the ability to interact positively with all types of people in all levels of business. · Ability to work collaboratively with team members as well as attorneys and business services staff throughout the firm. · Adaptable to last minute changes and disruptions, and able to accommodate occasional overtime work.
