Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply. • Candidate must live within commuting distance of Jersery City, NJ or be willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required. 4 Days working from Office is Mandatory. • At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology • At least 4 years of experience in developing programs/APIs using Python/Pyspark • At least 4 years of experience in Data Science , ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Transform Models, • At least 4 years of experience in Machine Learning Model development life cycle, software engineering principles, data engineering principles • At least 2 years of experience in Vector Databases such as Pinecone and Chroma • At least 2 years of experience in Generative AI and LLMs, specifically with Mistral, Llama, RAG, and GPT technologies Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in ML Ops, Model Monitoring, Performance optimization. • Experience in Load Balancing, GPU based processing, Performance Optimization • Experience in developing of API on Azure/Google Cloud Platform/Azure/API Gateways • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools in AI-ML contexts. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address complex technical challenges. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • High Impact client communication • Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Capital Markets
