We are looking for an experienced Senior Power BI/Microsoft Fabric Consultant to build enterprise-grade reporting for our client with strong security and operational rigor. WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade data solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. • Create advanced data models and DAX calculations to support self-service analytics and executive-level reporting. • Lead the design and implementation of secure, governed Power BI workspaces and datasets across business units. • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. • Enforce robust access control strategies and workspace governance to ensure data security, compliance, and operational rigor. • Establish performance monitoring and optimization standards for Power BI datasets, reports, and semantic models. • Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to enable scalable, secure, and reliable analytics solutions. Your experience: • 8+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting environments. • Deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, data modeling, and Microsoft Fabric architecture. • Proven experience implementing secure access controls, role-based security, and workspace governance frameworks. • Strong knowledge of Power BI service architecture, dataset refresh strategies, and performance tuning techniques. • Track record of delivering scalable, maintainable, and highly secure analytics solutions in enterprise settings. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Experience setting standards and mentoring teams on Power BI development, data modeling, and governance best practices. • Previous consulting experience is highly desirable!
