The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of data visualization techniques and domain experience in P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance, including policy coverage.This is a Contract to Hire opportunity Power BI Developer (Full-Stack) - P&C Insurance Domain (Hybrid - Warren, NJ) We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Full-Stack Power BI Developer to join our team in a hybrid capacity, working from our client site in Warren, NJ. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining robust Power BI reports, demonstrating a deep understanding of data modeling principles both within and outside of Power BI. Proficiency in leveraging front-end DAX for impactful visualizations and reporting is essential. Beyond technical acumen, you will be a confident and outgoing communicator, perfectly comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate complex business needs into analytical solutions, and present insights effectively. Key Requirements: • Proven experience as a full-stack Power BI Developer, including report development, optimization, and maintenance. • Strong expertise in data modeling (in-tool and external preparation). • Demonstrable proficiency with front-end DAX. • Mandatory: Extensive domain knowledge in the P&C (Property & Casualty) Insurance sector. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with business stakeholders to understand needs and propose solutions.
