This is about more than reporting KPIs, it’s about giving people the tools to deliver better care. You’ll be responsible for • Building clear, insightful dashboards in tools like Power BI • Collaborating with clinical, operations, and digital leaders to define reporting needs • Creating robust data models that ensure accuracy and relevance • Managing ETL pipelines (Azure-based environment) • Supporting the overall data literacy of the business You’ll work closely with a forward-thinking Head of BI, alongside a supportive internal team including architects, developers and analysts, all of whom are passionate about building modern systems that make a difference. We’re looking for someone who: • Has strong Power BI experience (DAX, data visualisation, modelling) • Is confident writing and optimising SQL • Understands ETL processes and Azure data tools • Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical teams • Cares deeply about using data for positive impact • Bonus if you’ve used Alteryx, or enjoy upskilling users and embedding new tools.
