Dialer Specialist Location: Hybrid – Van Nuys, CA (in-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays) Department: Call Center Operations Schedule: Full-time | Occasional OT/Saturdays during peak periods About The Role We're seeking a Dialer Specialist to optimize our call center performance. You'll co-manage our predictive dialer system, track real-time metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency-all while ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
