Role : Azure DevOps specialist Location : Hybrid - Waukegan, IL Exp: 12+yrs Primary Skills • Azure DevOps Expert level • Atlassian Tools (JIRA & Confluence) Medium level • Tricentis Tools Basic level • SDLC Knowledge Medium level JD ADO Operations Management: • Knowledge of Azure DevOps operations and pipeline management. • Experience with user onboarding and security group management in Azure DevOps. • Extensive knowledge on the operations side of ADO. Linux System Administration: • Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems and applications. • Experience with monitoring and improving system health and performance. Atlassian Product Administration: • Expertise in administering and maintaining Jira, Confluence, and Sonarqube. • Familiarity with managing installs, upgrades, patches, and performance for Atlassian products. • Skills in managing Jira user permissions, screen schemes, notification schemes, custom fields, workflows etc. Tricentis Product administration: • Expertise in administering and maintaining Tricentis products like Tosca, qTest and Vera. • This is a secondary skill though, but it is nice to have this knowledge for an onsite resource. Collaboration/Articulation Skills: • Ability to work closely with development and operations teams. • Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities for deployment-related issues. Documentation and Best Practices: • Proficiency in using Confluence for documentation and maintaining operational procedures. • Knowledge of system configuration and best practices documentation. Analytical Problem-Solving: • Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems. • Experience with using various analytical tools and techniques to diagnose issues. SLC • Strong knowledge of SDLC (SLC) process and expertise. • Knowledge of GXP guidelines and regulations.
