Flutter Developer / Charlotte, NC / Contract or Contract-to-Hire Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer/Tech lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work with Agile methodologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless development processes. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. • Work daily with task tracking, version control, and CI/CD pipelines. • Utilize VS Code for coding, debugging, and optimizing Flutter applications. • Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences. • Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications. • Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing effective solutions. • Stay updated with Flutter best practices and emerging mobile development trends. • Collaborate in developing new features, integrating REST APIs, and managing local data storage with SQLite. Requirements: • Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, Ionic with a strong portfolio of Flutter applications. • Expertise in Flutter and a strong understanding of universal application development. • In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, AWS Cloud Platform, REST, and event-based messaging. • Proficiency in JAVA, Core JAVA, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Elastic Search, and Postgres. • Solid experience with Jenkins and embracing CI/CD pipelines. • Demonstrated experience in leading Agile teams and implementing Agile frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with automated testing in Flutter. • Experience with Ionic framework • Previous experience working in a CI/CD environment using Azure DevOps.
