Administers, monitors, configures infrastructure servers, business and network operations. Performs market research and provides recommendations for new technology solutions to meet business requirements. Work with management to implement applications and technology solutions. Outstanding customer service and communication skills are required to support Dutra employees across the country. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties as may be assigned. • #1 Customer Service • Building relationships with co-workers • Desktop and Mobile (iOS and Android) Support • Storage management, file storage and collaboration • Technology & Infrastructure (Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco Meraki) • Application Management, mostly software-as-a-service • Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN), Starlink & shipboard connectivity • Help Desk, Incident Response, and building laptops • Business continuity/ disaster recovery • Proactive Cybersecurity measures, Microsoft security score, security hardening, security baseline policy, endpoint management, EDR/MDR/XDR • Video conferencing and Audio-Visual services, webcams • Hardware setups, dual monitors, docking stations, cabling, Bluetooth devices, printing/scanning. • Compliance & Security Standards: NIST SP 800-171A, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). • Training end users how to use tools effectively to meet business requirements. COMPETENCIES: • Strong customer service orientation • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Proven hands-on experience with Windows 11 operating system • Proven experience with Azure Admin Portal, EntraID, Microsoft365 Admin Center, Single Sign On, Multi Factor Authentication. • Supporting Zoom, Teams, WebEx, GoogleMeet video conferencing. • Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and software/patch management, best security practices • Data Backup/Recovery/ data retention experience • Microsoft Office 365 and cloud services including SharePoint, Intune mobile device management/ mobile application management • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment QUALIFICATIONS: • Education/Experience: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science or CIS preferred; 1 to 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience. • Computer Skills: to perform this job successfully, an individual should have technical knowledge, skills, and experience commensurate with this job description. Preferred certifications: A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA, Azure Fundamentals. • Physical Presence: Regular and predictable physical presence in the corporate office is an essential qualification for this position due to the importance of aggressive timeframes under which the employee will operate, hands-on help ticket resolution, and the need for face-to-face interaction with managers and employees in all departments in order to properly perform job-related functions. • Current valid Driver’s License required.
