SharePoint Developer Full-Time Detroit, MI $60,000+ • *We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. A leading digital bank and Fortune 500 Financial Institution is seeking an entry-level SharePoint Developer to join the team responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint site content. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To: • Someone with experience facilitating requirements gathering and business documentation processes, including design, testing, and gap analysis. • Act as a technical resource for SharePoint site design, development and content management. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions. • Support the collection of business requirements and assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet user needs. • Develop and maintain custom components using SPFx (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Build and support automated workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps. • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SharePoint users across the enterprise. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Performs root cause analysis, support and maintenance for existing solutions. Minimum Requirements: • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or similar field or equivalent experience and work record • Knowledge of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation and support. • Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. • Basic experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and React. • Exposure to Power Platform tools (Power Automate and Power Apps) • Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and administrative tasks is a nice-to-have. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, Agile environment.
