WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT: • The AI Solutions Architect will play a critical role in driving the design, development, and deployment of AI and machine learning solutions that support enterprise-wide initiatives. • This individual will lead key functional areas within AI programs while also acting as an individual contributor on high-visibility projects. • Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that align with business objectives • Design machine learning pipelines and integrate AI capabilities into digital platforms • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions in areas such as NLP, predictive analytics, and generative AI • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical, security, and regulatory standards • Create documentation for models, workflows, and testing outcomes • Communicate project status, risks, and timelines with stakeholders • Stay current with emerging AI trends and technologies THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: • 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields • Proven experience leading at least two full life cycle AI/ML solution deployments • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise AI solution delivery • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks • Experience with NLP, LLMs, and generative AI preferred • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral #LI-EL1 #ON-SITE
