The IT Manager Role • This role requires experience in full cloud environments, specifically with Azure Entra ID and Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management. • The successful candidate will oversee our IT support and infrastructure, including equipment procurement and provisioning, and ensuring seamless support for end users and managed services. Key Accountabilities • Oversee IT support operations to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning of our technology environment for all employees. • Manage the overall IT infrastructure, ensuring robust and secure systems across the organization. • Direct the procurement, provisioning, and lifecycle management of all IT hardware and software. • Collaborate with our MSP to resolve technical issues and plan system upgrades.
