As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with clients to align their data strategies with their business objectives. Basic Qualifications: • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum Years of Experience: 9 years Preferred Qualifications: • Certification(s) Preferred: AWS/Azure/GCP certifications • Strong understanding and experience with modern cloud data architectures and cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Proven history of implementing cloud data architectures and data integration patterns. • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with data engineering tools. • Familiarity with SQL, data visualization software, and programming languages such as Python and Spark. • Experience in advanced analytics solutions, AI/ML models, and operationalizing them effectively. • Expertise in Master Data Management and Data Governance principles. • Proficiency in P&C Insurance data and associated KPIs. • Experience with leading consulting projects through strategy to execution. • Ability to mentor and develop next-generation data integration leaders.
