Enterprise Architect Cloud Infrastructure & Security Location- Hybrid in Houston Only Locals to TX preferred We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with over 12 years of progressive IT experience and deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and security. This role is pivotal in defining, implementing, and governing enterprise-level architecture strategies that enable secure, scalable, and efficient cloud environments across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of technical leadership, business acumen, and hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, security frameworks, and enterprise IT infrastructure. Required Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT, with at least 5+ years as an Enterprise Architect and 6+ years working with cloud and security architecture. • Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • Certifications (preferred): • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert • Google Professional Cloud Architect • TOGAF, SABSA, or Zachman Framework Certification • CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security certifications Key Skills: • Deep knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) • Strong grasp of enterprise security principles and frameworks • Proficiency in architectural modeling, roadmapping, and EA tools • Knowledge of containerization, microservices, and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills • Agile/SAFe, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline integration experience
