About the Role The role involves working with sales team in the scoping and design of projects and solutions. You will also work with vendors (when applicable) to resolve customer issues. Manage systems for monitoring all customer systems and infrastructure. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy systems. Respond to alerts from various monitoring systems. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts for internal processes and customer solutions. Work on Projects to meet on time and on budget completion goals. Types of projects include: Microsoft 365 Migrations, Azure Implementations, Azure AVD, Microsoft Security Projects, Network Infrastructure, Cloud Migrations, etc. Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks. Participate in the design of information and operational support systems. Manage security, backup, and redundancy systems.
