Job Description This is a full-time opportunity with a Fortune 300 mortgage and financial services organization known for its hometown values and dedication to supporting both customers and employees. The team is committed to responsible lending, innovative data strategies, and delivering seamless, customer-centric experiences across the mortgage industry. They’re currently seeking a Data and Reporting Analyst to join their growing team. This individual will play a critical role in building new reports, enhancing existing data pipelines, and transitioning legacy data into a modern SQL-based ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be deeply technical, highly analytical, and comfortable working across business units to deliver actionable insights through Power BI and Salesforce reporting. Onsite: 2 days/week Required Skills & Experience • 5+ years of experience working with SQL, SSIS, and SSRS • Strong experience loading, importing, and exporting data from databases • 2+ years of reporting and dashboard development in Salesforce • 2+ years of DAX modeling and measure creation in Power BI • Advanced Excel skills including Power Query • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to problem-solve and implement business-focused data solutions • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Desired Skills & Experience • Familiarity with Python or VBA scripting • Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry (2+ years preferred) • Exposure to Azure cloud services • Experience with Kafka or data streaming pipelines • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines • Self-motivated and reliable with a high attention to detail What You Will Be Doing Work Breakdown • 50% Report Development & Data Preparation • 25% Data Integration & SQL Transformation • 15% Business Intelligence & Dashboarding (Power BI, Salesforce) • 10% Ad-Hoc Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration Daily Responsibilities • Build and maintain reports using Power BI, Excel, and Salesforce • Collaborate with internal teams to define reporting requirements • Design efficient data queries to support faster data refreshes • Troubleshoot data source issues with minimal supervision • Contribute to centralized database migration and standardization You Will Receive the Following Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Company-paid Life Insurance • 401K with Generous Employer Match • Free Legal Services • Employee Loan Program Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis now and in the future.
