API Management (Azure APIM) mandatory Technical Business Analyst – Azure API Management & Cloud Integration location Chicago, Illinois Hybrid Notes: candidates with API management, Agile, and cloud integration experience. 🎯 Mandatory Skills & Requirements Technical Expertise: • Strong understanding of Azure API Management (APIM), middleware, and integration frameworks. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (user stories, sprint planning, backlog refinement). • Proficiency with requirement management tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, SharePoint. • Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications (epics, features, user stories). • Experience in data-driven decision-making (performance metrics, customer feedback). 💡 Strong Preferred Skills (Highly Valued) • Certifications: Azure APIM, Agile (CSM/CSPO), Cloud technologies. • Experience with event/messaging platforms: Kafka, RabbitMQ. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and BDD. • Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, or .NET and API specs like OpenAPI/Swagger. • Use of Power BI or Tableau for data visualization and reporting. • Background in financial services or regulated industries.
