We're seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Engineer to take the lead on data migrations, integrations, and low-code/no-code solutions across our Microsoft Business Applications stack. What You’ll Do You’ll own full lifecycle delivery—from designing ETL pipelines and integrating data into Dataverse, to building Power Apps and dashboards that streamline our business processes. Key Responsibilities: • Data Integration & Migration: Build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines (SSIS, Fivetran, Power Platform Dataflows) to ingest and validate business-critical data. • Dynamics 365 Customization: Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CE/Sales Hub with custom entities, business rules, forms, model-driven apps, and C# plug-ins. • Power Platform Development: Build smart Power Apps and Power Automate flows that make our workflows intuitive, automated, and connected. • Analytics & Reporting: Develop Power BI reports and datasets to surface insights and inform decisions across the organization. • Governance & Documentation: Implement ALM best practices using DevOps and Git. Own your architecture docs, solution standards, and user guides. • Collaboration & Support: Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional solutions—and support what you build. What We’re Looking For - Must-Have Experience: • 3+ years in Dynamics 365 CE/Customer Engagement or Sales Hub • 3+ years building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Strong T-SQL and experience with SSIS or Fivetran • Proven C# and JavaScript skills (plug-ins, scripts, custom logic) • Solid grasp of ALM, DevOps pipelines, and structured deployments • Track record of successful data migrations Preferred Bonus Skills: • Microsoft Certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 • Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or Functions experience • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central • RESTful API and custom connector development • Prior work in regulated industries (e.g., aviation, healthcare) Who You Are • A builder who loves solving problems with smart, scalable solutions. • A translator who can turn business needs into clean code and workflows. • A collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments. • An optimizer always seeking better, faster, simpler ways to work. • A self-starter who takes ownership and isn’t afraid to dig into complexity.
