Data Scientist- Marketing Analytics About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and impact-driven Analytics Consultant to join our global analytics team supporting commercial and marketing functions across 65+ markets. This role sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, data engineering, and business intelligence- enabling leadership with insights that drive key decisions across geographies. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills in Python, SQL, and Power BI , along with an understanding of scalable data systems and modeling frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus. This high-visibility role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic business environment and enjoys working cross-functionally to build robust analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact analytics initiatives aligned with global business goals. Partner with commercial, marketing, and technical stakeholders to build scalable, insight-driven analytical frameworks. Build and maintain robust predictive models using appropriate machine learning algorithms to support forecasting and business strategy. Continuously improve models and workflows through feedback loops and performance evaluation. Develop and automate Power BI dashboards and reporting tools that support real-time decision-making. Ensure comprehensive documentation of data pipelines, model logic, and deployment processes in the client environment. Champion data governance, accuracy, and model transparency across all markets. Act as a strategic thought partner—translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Qualifications Must-Have Skills: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ~Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. ~ Min 5 years of experience in Analytics, Data science, or BI-focused roles. ~ Understands the fundamentals of how databases are structured and organized ~ Proficient in Python, R , SQL (for data manipulation), and Power BI (for dashboarding and reporting). ~ Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms , and performance tracking using Causal Inference. Strong understanding of statistics to quickly identify the best method of analysis when encountering new datasets. ~ Experience developing Bayesian Models (Bayesian Regression, Bayesian Belief Network) and Market Mix Models ~ Experience with Azure cloud platforms for data storage, processing, or model deployment. ~ Experience working with large, multi-market datasets and translating them into executive-level insights. ~ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies. ~ Experienced in Retail and CPG business Nice-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with marketing analytics (especially campaigns), brand performance tracking, or pricing simulations. Exposure to modern data pipelines or ETL tools (e.g., Azure Synapse, Power Query).
