Your new trajectory starts here at Launch! The Role: Launch is seeking a seasoned AI Solution Architect and Strategist to join our growing Data & AI practice. In this role, you’ll design and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions leveraging both the Azure and AWS ecosystems—including services like Amazon Bedrock, Kendra, OpenSearch, AI Search, and more. You’ll play a key role in shaping client strategies, developing innovative practice offerings, and supporting business development efforts. As a trusted advisor, you’ll be responsible for architecting and deploying AI solutions that drive measurable business value across diverse industries. This includes building machine learning models, advanced analytics, and AI-powered workflows tailored to client goals. You’ll also ensure seamless integration with existing systems and alignment with broader business objectives. By leveraging leading AI tools and services, you will help clients unlock the full potential of AI—improving decision-making, automating key processes, and generating actionable insights. This is an end-to-end solutioning role that goes beyond data—requiring a combination of deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong client-facing communication. A consulting mindset and experience navigating complex enterprise environments are essential for success. Key Responsibilities Include: • Collaborate with clients and project teams to architect scalable, innovative, and future-proof data solutions leveraging modern technology stacks such as Bedrock, CoPilot, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and other solutions across cloud platforms. Experience deploying solutions using LangChain, LangFlow, HuggingFace Transformers, RAG architectures and connecting vectorized embeddings into GenAI solutions. • Must have expertise in architecting RAG solutions, including GraphRAG, CAG architectures, and working on the LLM and Generative and Retrieval side of solutions across varying tech stacks • Demonstrate the ability to design and implement AI solutions across all hyperscaler platforms, including the architecture for enabling the development of machine learning models, advanced analytics, and AI-driven workflows, by aligning these solutions to client goals. • Oversee the technical execution of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. • Deep understanding of AI technology, architecture, algorithms, use cases, and the latest innovations in the space, including Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP/NLU, HuggingFace models, Transformers, Diffusion Algorithms, and more • Consulting on AI projects, including sales support of AI solutions to clients, and communication of complex AI solutions and processes at a high-level to senior executive teams and other non-technical audiences • Developing AI/ML solutions using LangSmith, LangChain, LangGraph, Streamlit, Python, PySpark, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Deep Learning, Neural Networks, Vector Embeddings, Random Forests, Gradient Boosting, Regression and Time Series • Provide technical leadership to delivery teams to maintain solution integrity and quality. • Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including client-facing conversations, opportunity qualification, LoE, and proposal development. • Work closely with Studio leadership to define, shape, estimate, price, and propose deals in alignment with client needs and business unit requirements. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of Data & AI practice offerings, ensuring they address market needs and leverage emerging technologies. • Conducts regular research as needed to keep up with the quickly changing landscape of AI innovation, shares this knowledge with team members, leadership, and clients, and drives adoption of new AI technologies o Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and align offerings with client outcomes. Certifications and Expertise: • Obtain and maintain at least three certifications aligned with priority partner programs (e.g., AWS AI Cert, Microsoft AI, VertexAI, Snowflake, Databricks, AgentForce). • Stay current with advancements in relevant data and AI technologies and apply them to client solutions and internal capabilities. • Dedicate 80% of time to billable project oversight, ensuring successful delivery and high client satisfaction. • Allocate 10% of time to pre-sales activities and client-facing conversations • Devote 10% of time to offering development work, driving innovation, teaching and thought leadership within the practice. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering roles, with at least 5 years as a Solution Architect. • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to uncover client pain points and propose pragmatic, scalable solutions. • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical details into business language and vice versa. • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can lead projects independently or as part of a cross-functional team. • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, particularly around AI-readiness and intelligent data ecosystems. The anticipated wage range for this role is $175,000-$225,000.
