Job Title: Senior M365 Consultant Location: Hybrid 2 Days/Week Onsite in Austin, TX (Only local candidates within Austin, TX will be considered) Type: Multi-Year Contract Job Overview- We are seeking a Senior M365 Consultant with architect-level expertise and a strong technical foundation to join our team on a hybrid schedule in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator with deep experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies, capable of driving technical strategy and implementation across a large enterprise. This individual will lead the ownership, enhancement, and governance of the M365 and Power Platform environments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, best practices, and evolving technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a well-informed Microsoft M365, Power Platform, and Azure technical strategy. Evaluate current business processes and systems to define and implement M365 and Power Platform requirements. Own the Power Platform environment, coordinate with internal teams and partners, and act as the lead for best practices and governance. Define M365 strategies and lead enterprise-scale implementation and integration projects. Administer and manage environments for M365 and Power Platform including licensing, capacity planning, and user management. Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable technical solutions. Lead the governance and upkeep of the TxDOT Governance Hub and Center of Excellence (CoE) for Power Platform. Analyze and communicate the impact of platform changes on architecture and operations. Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with ITIL/Change Management practices. Set KPIs and track performance and adoption metrics across the enterprise.
