Job Number: R0209395 Cloud DevOps Engineer The Opportunity: Everyone is trying to “harness the cloud,” but not everyone knows how. As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, you know how to create a cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and takes advantage of cloud capabilities. What if you could use your cloud architecture skills to improve and protect the health of the nation? We need you to help us develop cloud-based solutions for some of the client's toughest problems. On our team, you’ll design and develop cloud-native solutions. This is an opportunity to use the latest cloud technologies as you look for ways to improve your client’s environment using current cloud capabilities. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work with the client and partner teams to inform strategy and design and ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process. You’ll recommend tools and solutions based on your research of the current environment and knowledge of various on-premise, cloud-based, and hybrid resources. You’ll lead your team as they help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud. Additionally, you’ll broaden your skill set in areas like DevOps and Kubernetes Administration while developing critical systems for the Government. Join us. The world can’t wait. You Have: • 2+ years of experience with containerization and container orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes or Docker • 2+ years of experience with DevOps and automation frameworks, including Ansible, Jenkins, or Terraform • Experience with Cloud Service Providers, including AWS or Azure and their associated services and tools • Experience with Linux or Windows • Experience with the software development life cycle • Experience with Git technologies • Secret clearance • Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: • Experience with containers, including EKS or Kubernetes • Experience with administrating SSO solutions, such as Keycloak • Experience with DevOps to better maintain pipeline enhancements • Experience in cross-domain solutioning • Knowledge of AWS AI and MI Tools • AWS DevOps, AWS Solutions Architect Certification, or Linux Foundation Certification Clearance:  Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
