Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid or Onsite Preferred) Duration: Long-Term Contract Experience Level: 12+ Years Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce architecture. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design of Salesforce solutions, including integrations with third-party systems. • Define technical standards and best practices for Salesforce development across multiple orgs and domains. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. • Drive technical design sessions, architecture reviews, and code reviews to ensure quality and alignment. • Provide hands-on development as needed, especially during critical project phases. • Guide DevOps, CI/CD pipeline setup, and release management within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and security of the Salesforce platform. • Act as a mentor and provide leadership to development teams and junior architects Required Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 10+ years in Salesforce ecosystem. • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect in large-scale enterprise projects. • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Vlocity/OmniStudio. • Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs. • Experience with telecommunications domain and associated data models, business processes, and integrations. • Proficient in Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. • Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred; minimum System Architect or Application Architect required. • Experience with data migration, data modeling, and integration patterns. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Preferred: • Hands-on experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio frameworks specific to telecom implementations. • Experience in multi-cloud integration environments (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
