IT Systems Administration Specialist 💰 Salary: $87,750 - 93,600 per year At A-Line Staffing we are looking for a System engineer! 🛠️ Our tech stack: Hardware, Support, Network, Windows, System 📝 Rquirements: We require a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience of at least 8 years. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems operations and desktop support, along with familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office (2007 or later). Knowledge of computer networking and basic server maintenance is essential. A strong understanding of HIPAA guidelines is a must, and having an A+ Desktop Certification and Microsoft Certified Professional is preferred. Experience in healthcare IT is a significant advantage. 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: In this position, I will provide on-site IT support for healthcare staff and daily operations. My duties will include installing, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading computer hardware and software, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, servers, printers, and peripherals. I will document all activities in local ticketing systems to ensure a seamless workflow and uphold HIPAA compliance. I will manage and monitor data backups on local servers, offer technical advice for IT equipment purchases, support network operations, escalate issues as needed, and collaborate with the IT Operations team. Additionally, I will foster trust and advocate for standardized solutions across our practices. The position requires Monday through Friday work hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is not offered as a remote position. The pay rate is $45 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with an expected workweek of 40 hours. Benefits include a 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, and vision insurance. A key consideration for candidates is the ability to commute to Louisville, KY, and the willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time for visits to Carmel, Greenwood, Jeffersonville, and Louisville clinics.
