Job description

Responsibilities: • Contribute to software design and continuous improvement initiatives. • Define and solve problems with mutual support from your peers. • Participate in design discussions around architecture and business requirements with architects and product owners. • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and best practices across products, teams, and architecture. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring, if needed. • Work predominantly with backend services hosted in Microsoft Azure. • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. • Design data models and determine the scaling strategy for complex products and services. • Own significant parts of both codebase and process. Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in software development • Experience in software design and code reviews • Test-driven development • Thorough understanding of C#, microservices, RESTful APIs, and SQL • Experience with enterprise cloud application development and design • Experience writing automated unit and integration tests as part of the development workflow • Experience working on high-availability software products • Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Deployment (CD) strategies • Ability to independently create software designs based on requirements • Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • Day shift Ability to Commute: • Bridgeton, MO 63044 (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bridgeton, MO 63044
