Role : Technical Program Manager with Databricks and Azure Location: Raritan, NJ (Onsite) Duration: Contract Position Client: LTI Mindtree/Johnson & Johnson Job Description: "We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with a strong background in data and analytics particularly with Databricks and Azure to oversee the successful execution of our data driven programs and initiatives The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with data analytics tools and technologies excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time Responsibilities and Duties • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to deliver data and analytics projects within defined scope quality time and cost requirements • Develop and manage program schedules identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders • Monitor and report on program status regularly to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget • Resolve technical and operational problems within the given project scope • Interface with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work efforts define milestones and manage resources • Communicate regularly with senior management regarding the status of specific projects • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others uptodate on project results • Identify and escalate potential issues or risks that could affect the successful delivery of the project • Ensure adherence to established standards and methodologies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality Qualifications and Skills • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or a related field • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role with a focus on data and analytics • Strong technical background with knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies eg SQL Python R Hadoop Spark • Experience with Databricks and Azure is highly desirable • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines • Experience with project management tools and software • Familiarity with data architecture data modeling and data visualization tools"
